  • Personnel management and administration

  • Support for employees and trainees

  • Preparatory payroll

  • Certification and Contracts

  • Applicant management and personnel marketing

  • Training and further education organization


your profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training; Relevant experience in human resources would be an advantage

  • Quick comprehension, holistic thinking, high reaction and coordination skills

  • Structured, independent and precise way of working

  • Distinct service concept and enjoyment of dealing with people;

  • High self-motivation, flexibility, a binding and trustworthy personality

  • Friendly and confident demeanor; pronounced communication skills; good empathy
